Albert Van Dijk established and leads the Centre for Water and Landscape Dynamics at the Fenner School of Environment and Society.

Professor Van Dijk is an expert on the interaction between climate, water and ecosystems in the landscape, including its role in drought impacts, bushfire risk and the carbon cycle. His team annually reports on the condition of Australia’s Environment. He regularly responds to media requests.
